First and foremost is the Kavanagh Trail – a walking or cycling trail in the unique drumlin landscape of South Monaghan, consisting of numerous sites associated with the work of the poet such as the Kavanagh House and Farm at Mucker, Kednaminsha National School and of course, Billy Brennan’s Barn.
